Aboriginal Dream Quilt |
Aboriginal Dream Quilt is a queen-size quilt made from 20 fat-quarters
using the pattern Turning Twenty Again by Dixie Cribbs.
The quilt top was machine pieced by Nancy, and quilted a block at a time
by Nancy in 2009.The backing is Robert Kaufman Native Arts Screen Print
and the sashing on the back is Robert Kaufman Spirit of the Southwest Screen Print.
The top picture is the front of the quilt and the bottom picture is the back of the quilt. By quilting a block at a time, the fronts were sewn together and the seam tape on the back was sewn down by hand, and gives the appearance of window panes. |
